These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reddlix website (reddlix.io) and any services provided by Reddlix ("we," "us," or "our"), a GEO agency operating in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Reddlix provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, which include but are not limited to: — AI visibility audits and brand analysis — Website content restructuring and optimization for AI readability — Schema markup implementation (schema.org structured data) — FAQ system development and structured content publishing — Google Business Profile and local listing optimization — Reputation and authority building — Ongoing AI visibility monitoring and optimization The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal agreed upon before work begins.

As a client, you agree to: — Provide accurate and complete information required for us to deliver the services. — Grant us access to platforms, tools, or accounts necessary to perform the agreed work (e.g., Google Business Profile, website CMS, analytics). — Review and approve deliverables within the timeframes agreed upon. — Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes. — Ensure that all content and materials you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or suspension of services.

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. The following general terms apply: Setup fees are due as specified in your agreement, typically before or at the start of the project. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as agreed. Accepted payment methods include Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (where applicable). All fees are in the currency specified in your agreement. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. Invoices unpaid within the agreed payment period may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time, research, and resources already invested. If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances on our end, we will issue a pro-rated refund for any undelivered portion of the service. We apply industry best practices and genuine expertise to improve your AI visibility. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes because: — AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) are developed and updated by independent third parties whose algorithms we do not control. — Results depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, competition, content quality, and existing online presence. — The GEO landscape is evolving rapidly and best practices may change. We commit to transparency, honest reporting, and doing everything within our expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes for your brand.

All content, strategies, reports, and deliverables created by Reddlix as part of your service engagement become your property upon full payment of the applicable fees. Our proprietary methodologies, processes, templates, and tools remain the intellectual property of Reddlix and are not transferred as part of any service agreement. All content on the Reddlix website (reddlix.io), including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by Reddlix and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This includes client data, pricing, strategies, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reddlix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if: — Payment is significantly overdue and has not been resolved after notice. — You breach these Terms or the service agreement in a material way. — We determine that continuing the engagement would violate applicable laws or ethical standards. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of all fully paid deliverables.

You may use the Reddlix website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems. — Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from our website. — Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content through our website. We reserve the right to restrict access to our website at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes affecting existing clients, we will provide notice via email.
